Richard Fisk is the son of Wilson and Vanessa Fisk. In most media he is known to attempt to overthrow his father, and is also well known to have been shot dead by his own mother.

[edit] Spider-Man: The Animated Series

Despite his conflict with the Kingpin in the comics, Richard is loyal to his father in Spider-Man: The Animated Series. Richard first appears in the series to be running a organisation named Fisktronics, as well as being involved in various crimes associated with his father. One of these includes the task his father sets him and the Chameleon to frame Peter Parker for revealing government secrets to various foreign organisations, Peter, subsequently, is imprisoned. Peter soon attempts to clear his name using his secret identity, Spider-Man, who teams with Daredevil to do so. Once Peter is cleared, Richard, Chameleon, and various other associates are sent to Rooker's Island for these crimes. Whilst there, Richard teams with Tombstone to frame Robbie Robertson, in exchange for the Tombstone helping him out with a few scraps in prison. With the help of Richard's father, they manage to have Robbie sent to Rooker's Island, rather than New York State Penitentiary, where Tombstone would furthermore be serving another 15 years, as would Robbie. Spider-Man, however, with the help of Jonah Jameson, are able to clear Robbie's name and free him, whilst Tombstone and Richard remain imprisoned.
