Having no actual name, the One-Above-All is said to be the creator of the Marvel multiverse as he is often referenced to as God.

Apparently responsible for the existence of all life in the Multiverse and possibly beyond, the One-Above-All is also the master of the cosmic overseer known as the Living Tribunal.

In the comic book Sensational Spider-Man (Volume 2) #40 "The Book of Peter", Peter demands answers since left and right, bad things keep happening to him. He calls for "God" to answer his questions.
