Luke Carlyle (of Earth-616) was a man who stole Otto Octavius's arms and became the new Doctor Octopus for a short while. He was stopped by the combined efforts of the original Doctor Octopus and Spider-Man
Powers and Abilities[]
Luke Carlyle possessed no superhuman powers of his own, but derived all of his abilities from wearing a bulletproof green battlesuit he equipped with Doctor Octopus's cybernetic tentacles. The tentacles had been modified and equipped with laser weaponry and tasers.
