Superhumans refers to those individuals who have DNA that differs from ordinary human DNA. This includes both natural-born Mutants and Mutates (Individuals who were NOT born with DNA that is beyond that of an ordinary human, but have had their DNA altered by an external mutagen at some point in their life). Individuals such as Doc Ock, Mysterio, Rhino, Shocker, Scorpion, and Vulture are NOT considered superhuman, as their DNA is that of an ordinary human, they simply use external suits or other mechanical apparatuses to simulate Superhuman abilities. Characters that have taken the super soldier serum do not count either as the serum only raises their natural abilities to the peak of a human's natural potential.
