  • Gwen Stacy's father, George Stacy, dies from saving a child from falling debris.
    • It is also revealed that George Stacy knew that Spider-Man and Peter Parker were the same person and asks Peter to look after Gwen.


  • The death of Gwen's father was used in the 2012 film, The Amazing Spider-Man. However, instead he dies from a slash from the Lizard and instead asks Peter to stay away from Gwen, instead of looking after her like he says in the comic.
