Amadeus Cho (of Earth-12041 ) also known as Iron Spider is Peter Parker's Rival and a member of the New Warriors .
History
Amadeus Cho took over the Iron Spider suit after Spider-Man gave it up to him.
When Amadeus first met Spider-Man, their relationship was rocky.
Web Warriors
As of recent, Amadeus joined Spider-Man's web warriors. In one particular incident, he helped Spider-Man, Luke Cage, and Ant-Man disable a dangerous control chip inside of Nick Fury's brain. He seems to have already accustomed to his role as one of the Spider-Men.
